Order timing
Ready, made-to-order, sampled, and custom pieces can follow different schedules. The relevant estimate is confirmed for your order before payment or production. Delivery dates remain estimates and can be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or destination conditions outside the studio’s control.
International orders
Where international delivery is available, the checkout or quote will explain the shipping charge and whether duties and local taxes are included. The recipient may be responsible for import costs required by the destination country.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, and whether it was made, altered, or sourced specifically for you. If an order arrives damaged
Keep the packaging and contact the studio promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the outer parcel and item. The team will review the evidence and explain the available next step.
